OBAVIJEST

O JAVNOJ OBRANI DOKTORSKOG RADA

 

I.

Javna obrana doktorskog rada doktoranda Mateja Arlovića, sveučilišnog magistra inženjera računarstva, pod naslovom „Segmentacija i detekcija unutarnjih požara korištenjem metoda dubokog učenja“ (na engleskom jeziku: Segmentation and detection of indoor fires using deep learning methods), izrađenog pod mentorstvom izv. prof. dr. sc. Josipa Balena, izvanrednog profesora Fakulteta elektrotehnike, računarstva i informacijskih tehnologija Osijek, održati će se u petak, 20. ožujka 2026. godine s početkom u 11:30 sati, u Vijećnici Fakulteta elektrotehnike, računarstva i informacijskih tehnologija Osijek (T1- 33).

 

II.

Obrana će se održati pred Povjerenstvom za obranu doktorskog rada u sastavu:

Pursuant to the Decision of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek, made on 10 March 2026, we hereby issue

 

ANNOUNCEMENT

OF A PUBLIC DOCTORAL THESIS DEFENSE

 

I.

The public defense of the doctoral dissertation by doctoral candidate Matej Arlović, holding a university Master in Computer Engineering degree, entitled “ Segmentation and detection of indoor fires using deep learning methods”, prepared under the supervision of Associate Professor Josip Balen, PhD, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek, will take place on Friday, 20 March 2026, starting at 11:30 a.m., in the Council Chamber at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek (T1-33).

 

II.

The defense shall be conducted before the Doctoral Dissertation Defense Committee composed of the following members:
