What will you do?
- Participate in tracking and implementing standard updates during recertification processes in accordance with relevant regulations (ASME NQA-1, ISO, 10CFR50).
- Assist in organizing and conducting laboratory comparisons in line with ISO 17025:2017 requirements.
- Monitor supplier qualification tests to ensure quality compliance for critical components.
- Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of internal audits and inspections.
- Prepare basic documentation related to quality management processes, including non-conformance records and initial report drafts.
- Support the setup and maintenance of the document classification system, ensuring proper storage of originals and secure distribution of revised documents.
- Assist with the administration of employee and equipment certifications and monitor the validity of health certificates.
- Contribute to improvement proposals for production quality processes within the department.
- Carry out tasks under the guidance of QA Experts, including support in the implementation of new technologies and technical standards.
- If qualified, may take on basic responsibilities related to occupational health and safety and fire protection.
Who are we looking for?
We’d love to meet someone who has:
- A master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering).
- No prior experience required, but a strong interest and motivation to develop in the field of quality management.
- Familiarity with electronics and mechanical processing is a plus.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) required.
