The overall objective of the project

Encouraging self-employment, the course aims to increase the number of employed persons holding Bachelor/Master degree in Osijek - Baranja County and the region.


The specific objective of the project

Providing participants with the necessary skills for the labour market, the course aims to raise awareness and provide opportunities for self-employment.


The target group of the project

Direct beneficiaries of the project are primarily long-term unemployed highly educated people without work experience who completed their professional study programme at an engineering faculty in Slavonia and Baranja. In addition, other beneficiaries are families of the unemployed, other highly educated persons who will use the material publicly available on the Internet, employers, the population of Osijek - Baranja County, of the region and beyond
