The application procedure depends on the programme under which you are undertaking the mobility.
The most common type of incoming mobility is the Erasmus+ programme, but we also have incoming mobility under the CEEPUS programme and other individual mobility types.

ERASMUS+ incoming mobility

 

To prepare your mobility under the Erasmus programme FERIT UNIOS, please fill in the following forms:

• Mobility Agreement for Training or Mobility Agreement for Teaching
• Application Form

The data you enter in the forms will be used exclusively for the preparation of your Erasmus programme at FERIT UNIOS and your stay in Osijek.
Please note that academic and administrative staff coming from partner institutions/companies should contact in advance the department (the relevant academic tutor) where they wish to carry out mobility activities or contact the FERIT Office for International Cooperation in order to arrange the teaching/research/training mobility programme.

The Teaching Mobility Agreement or the Training Mobility Agreement and the application form should be sent to: erasmus@unios.hr, but also to the FERIT Erasmus Coordinator: karlo.nyarko@ferit.hr and to the email address of the host contact person at FERIT.

The application deadline is not fixed, but incoming teachers and lecturers are kindly advised to take into account FERIT's academic calendar and ensure that their proposed teaching mobility is aligned with it.

After submission of the required forms, the FERIT representative will approve the mobility agreement and issue the letter of invitation.

 

Other incoming mobility types

 

If the mobility is to be carried out under CEEPUS or another type of individual mobility programme, each applicant should follow the prescribed procedure of the programme under which he/she has applied.

In addition, the teaching/research/training mobility programme must be agreed upon. 

Academic and administrative staff coming from partner institutions/companies can directly contact the department (academic tutor responsible for the programme) where they wish to carry out mobility activities or the FERIT Office for International Cooperation.

When you arrive at FERIT, it is necessary to register at the Office for International Cooperation located at Kneza Trpimira 2B, office 0-10. The regular working hours of the office are
Monday - Friday, 8 am – 3 pm. 

The staff of the Office for International Cooperation will guide you through the process of registering with the faculty, introduce you to the assigned mentor and take care of other administrative matters necessary for your stay.

During the mobility, incoming staff members will also have the opportunity to meet academic staff from FERIT who teach and research in a similar field to share best practices and discuss a possible joint research project and future collaboration initiatives.
On the other hand, administrative/non-teaching staff will have the opportunity to meet administrative staff from FERIT and UNIOS who work in a similar field of work.
