We invite all interested participants to attend the lecture “Tools for Managing EU Projects,” which will be held in the FERIT`s Great Hall on 3 December 2025, starting at 10:30 AM. The lecture is organized as part of the LivingLAB greenStudio 1.0 project.
This interactive session will introduce participants to recommended digital tools used for planning, monitoring, reporting and team collaboration in EU-funded projects. The emphasis will be on best practices for setting up a project management system from the very beginning, as well as on the use of ready-made templates and checklists that support the daily work of project teams. The program includes short presentations, live tool demonstrations, and a Q&A session, with a total duration of two academic hours.
The lecture will be delivered by Marin Romić, dipl. oec., an expert with extensive experience in education, project development and project management. His professional background includes coordinating EU-funded initiatives, managing educational programs, and leading training and product development processes within the B2B SaaS sector. As a lecturer at Algebra University, he teaches courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. At PJR, he is responsible for managing the digital product portfolio, leading digital transformation projects, and coordinating external IT service providers.
