Yesterday, FERIT hosted the interactive lecture “Tools for Managing EU Projects” as part of the project LivingLAB GreenStudio 1.0. The event brought together faculty, researchers, administrative staff and all others involved in the preparation and execution of projects funded from EU sources.
During the two-hour program, participants were introduced to recommended digital tools for planning, monitoring, reporting, and collaboration in EU-funded projects. A special emphasis was placed on establishing a project management system from the very beginning, as well as on using ready-made templates and checklists to simplify the everyday workflow of project teams. Through brief presentations and live demonstrations, attendees saw concrete examples of best practices and effective work processes in action.
The lecture was delivered by Marin Romić, a seasoned expert in education, project development and management, with extensive experience in coordinating EU-funded initiatives, managing educational programs, and leading training and product development for digital learning solutions.
This event further strengthened FERIT’s capacity to prepare and implement EU projects and contributed to the goals of the LivingLAB greenStudio 1.0 project - focusing on the development of innovative solutions and enhancing cooperation between the academic community and the business sector.
The LivingLAB GreenStudio 1.0 project is financed through the cross-border cooperation program (Interreg VI‑A IPA CBC Croatia‑Serbia).
