The Blended Intensive Program Speak, Lead, Connect: Essential Communication and Soft Skills officially started today at FERIT, bringing together participants from several countries. This international program focuses on developing communication competence and intercultural understanding through interactive lectures, workshops and collaborative activities.

Participants were welcomed with an orientation session, followed by engaging activities exploring cultural diversity, communication styles and the essentials of professional English. Today’s agenda included interactive sessions such as Cultural Bingo, reflection discussions, a workshop on Understanding Professional English and a Case Study Analysis on cross-cultural communication challenges - all aimed at strengthening participants’ soft skills and intercultural awareness. The program continues throughout the week with more workshops, collaborative projects, and discussions designed to foster both personal and professional growth.
