HelpDesk deals with problems related to staff and students’ user accounts (e-mail, ftp, cmu, ID cards, etc.), connecting to LAN and etfos wireless network.

ICT support includes proper computers operation of both staff and in laboratories, software support, managing local wireless network, managing additional services (POP3, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, databases, dial-up, etc.), providing system protection (unauthorised access, antivirus protection, safe data storage), designing applications, planning system development and implementing new technical solutions.

Activities: purchasing new equipment, timely maintenance of computer equipment, computer network and server maintenance, designing applications, developing system safety and quality, participating in projects of life-long education, providing services for external users (ICT support has been provided to external users in the academic community).
